Welcome to Travel Pahad! By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- To secure your booking, a non-refundable advance payment is required.
- Final payment must be completed before the departure date.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 15 days prior to the trip are eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, Travel Pahad reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the trip.
3. Liability
- Travel Pahad will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters or political disturbances.
- Travelers are responsible for their own safety and are required to follow the guidelines provided by our team.
4. Health & Fitness
- Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before booking.
- We recommend consulting a physician for high-altitude travel if required.
- Travel Pahad is not liable for health issues arising during the trip.
5. Use of Services
- All tours and accommodations are designed for personal use only and cannot be resold or transferred.
- Participants are expected to respect the local culture, environment, and community.
6. Photography & Media
- Travel Pahad may use photos or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt-out, please notify us in advance.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand, India.
